This site, at the UC Berkeley Math Department, concerns bioinformatics and quantitative analyses for chromosome aberrations produced by ionizing radiation.
CAS (Chromosome Aberration Simulator). Software for simulating radiogenic aberrations in detail. Executables and source code are freely available for any educational or research purpose. We are presently starting to reengineer this software completely.
CAA (Chromosome Aberration Analyzer). Software for quantitative analyses of observed or simulated karyotypes. The only program available as yet is a test applet for analyzing aberration complexity and incompleteness when the scoring protocol is whole-chromosome painting.
